Trishna Kanji is a New Zealand based sushi lover, occasional bush walker, and beginner seamstress. With qualifications in sociology and law, and a Kiwi-Indian background, she has an interest in social justice, cultural identity, race and gender based violence, the toxicity of unrealistic beauty standards, and mental health. She seeks to explore these kinds of issues through her writing, while also giving a voice to diverse and marginalised individuals and perspectives. In her spare time, Trishna enjoys reading, being creative, spending time with family and friends, and singing to Adele in the car.
